Эффективность магниевой терапии в значительной степени определяется биодоступностью применяемой соли. Хорошо известно, что соли магния с органическими анионами отличаются достаточно высокой биодоступностью. Представлен детальный анализ фармакологических свойств органических солей магния: малата, фумарата, цитрата, аспарагината, глицината, треоната, пироглутамата, оротата и лактата магния. Рассмотрены структурные особенности, содержание элементного магния, метаболизм анионов и влияние анионов в соли на биодоступность и на биораспределение ионов Mg²+. Обосновывается целесообразность персонализированного выбора соли магния в зависимости от клинических задач.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Magnesium deﬁciency is a widespread problem associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular, neurological, and metabolic disorders. The eﬀectiveness of magnesium therapy is largely determined by the bioavailability of the salt used. It is well known that magnesium salts with organic anions are characterized by relatively high bioavailability. This paper presents a detailed analysis of the pharmacological properties of organic magnesium salts: magnesium malate, fumarate, citrate, aspartate, glycinate, threonate, pyroglutamate, orotate, and lactate. The article examines the structural features, elemental magnesium content, anion metabolism, and the eﬀect of anions in the salt on the bioavailability and biodistribution of Mg²+.
