Острая алкогольная интоксикация (ОАИ) вызывает многофакторное повреждение органов и тканей организма. Если клинические проявления и сопутствующие ОАИ осложнения хорошо известны, то лежащие в её основе механизмы остаются до конца не изученными.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Изучение влияния ОАИ на активность трипсина и показатели гемостаза.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. ОАИ вызывали в/б введением этанола (5 г/кг). Через сутки в сыворотке крови определяли активность трипсина, в плазме — содержание фибриногена и % коагуляции.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У крыс с ОАИ в сыворотке крови более чем в 2 раза возрастает активность трипсина, который, согласно современным представлениям, является агонистом протеазаактивируемых рецепторов (PARs), в плазме крови увеличивается содержание фибриногена (р &lt; 0,05), что свидетельствует об активации свёртывающей системы крови и высоком риске тромботических и тромбоэмболических осложнений.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Данные о резком увеличении концентрации в сыворотке крови животных с ОАИ трипсина — эндогенного агониста PARs рецепторов — позволяют поставить вопрос о вкладе PARs в формирование патогномоничной для ОАИ полиорганной патологии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Acute alcohol intoxication (AAI) causes multifactorial damage to organs and tissues. While the clinical manifestations and complications associated with AAI are well known, the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Studying of the AAI inﬂuence on activity of trypsin and indicators of a hemostasis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. AAI was induced by intraperitoneal administration of ethanol (5 g/kg). After 24 hours, trypsin activity was determined in serum, and ﬁbrinogen content and coagulation status were determined in plasma.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In rats with AAI, trypsin activity was increased more than doubled in serum. Trpsin, according to current concepts, is a protease-activated receptor (PAR) agonist. The plasma ﬁbrinogen level increased (p &lt; 0.05), indicating activation of the blood coagulation system and a high risk of thrombotic and thromboembolic complications.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
