<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>NGF at a concentration of 100 ng / ml when added 24 hours before 6-OHDA and after damage completely prevented the development of the damaging effect of neurotoxin. Dipeptide GK-2 at a concentration of 10−5 M, similar to NGF, showed a protective effect on the cellular model of Parkinson's disease. According to the Western blot analysis NGF increased the level of BDNF in the HT-22 cells 1.6 times compared to the control, and dipeptide GK-2 at a concentration of 10−8 M — 1.4 times compared to the control.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>болезнь Паркинсона</kwd><kwd>6-гидроксидофамин</kwd><kwd>нейропротекция</kwd><kwd>NGF</kwd><kwd>BDNF</kwd><kwd>димерный дипептидный миметик ГК-2</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Parkinson's disease</kwd><kwd>6-hydroxydopamine</kwd><kwd>neuroprotection</kwd><kwd>NGF</kwd><kwd>BDNF</kwd><kwd>dimeric dipeptide mimetic GK-2</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Патент РФ на изобретение №2410392C2/ 27.01.11 Середенин (RU) С.Б., Гудашева Т.А.
