В настоящее время не существует универсального метода анализа данной группы заболеваний. Система обращённо-фазовой ВЭЖХ с УФ-детектором может быть использована для определения различных порфиринов в моче пациентов. Идентификация синтезируемых в организме порфиринов была проведена на системе Waters Acquity UPLC H-CLASS с диодно-матричным детектором. С помощью разработанного метода были определены единовременно 9 маркёров в 8 точках нарушения биосинтеза гема и внутренний стандарт. Разработанный метод обращённо-фазовой ВЭЖХ может быть использован при диагностировании порфирий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Porphyrias are the group of orphan diseases, related to pathological disruptions of heme biosynthesis. These diseases are hard to diagnose timely and existing methods lack universality. High performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet detector could be adapted for this purpose via determination of porphyrins in human urine. Waters Acquity UPLC H-CLASS with diode matrix was used in this study. Developed method allows determining the inner standard and 9 biomarkers, each connected to specific stage of heme biosynthesis.
