Разработана твердофазная микроэкстракция вальпроевой кислоты из сыворотки, слюны и спинномозговой жидкости на картриджах с 50 мг LiChroprep RP718. В качестве внутреннего стандарта предложена β7липоевая кислота. Дериватизация производилась с помощью фенацил бромида в присутствии триэтиламина при 80 ± 2°С в течение 30740 мин. Хроматографическое разделение фенацильных производных реализовано на коротких колонках (50 × 4 мм) с Диасфер С16 5 μ. УФ детекция при 254 нм. Элюент: ацетонитрил – вода (70:30, v/v) + 1% изопропанола. Времена удерживания фенацильных производных липоевой и вальпроевой кислот составили 1,96 и 3,13 мин, соответственно. Степень выхода вальпроевой кислоты (экстракция + дериватизация) не менее 96%. Коэффициент вариации для стандартной дозы липоевой кислоты составил 6,7 %, для вальпроевой – 5,2%. Чувствительность (предел детекции) составила около 10 нг для фенацилвальпроевой и около 15 нг – для фенациллипоевой кислот при соотношении сигнал/шум &gt; 3.
