Представлены данные о фармакокинетике кофеина у человека и лабораторных животных. Даны примеры межлекарственного взаимодействия субстратного маркера CYP1A2-кофеина с различными лекарственными веществами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The role of cytochrome P450 isoforms CYP1A2 and in the metabolism of caffeine is described. Caffeine pharmacokinetics data in humans and laboratory animals are presented.
